Lifebuoy

Lifebouy has been Unilever’s oldest and top brand. When this TVC got aired lifebuoy already had a legacy of 90+
years. Unilever continued with its globally tried and tested positioning strategy of personal hygiene and
disinfection. There has been a lot of phonetic confusion between buoy and boy.

Dairy Milk

Cadbury launched these TVC’s portraying slices of life. The Real taste of life became their famous
marketing slogan. Another aspect worth noting, is that the background score is same across the ads, something Cadbury follows till date for its campaigns.

Ericsson Mobiles

The advertiser showed an anti climax to emphasis the small and sleek design of the product. It was a
small size phone with respect to other phones in 1990s.
